The film will move you to think about what you, as a leader, are doing on a daily basis at your organization. It will challenge you to be aware of your style, approach, strengths, weaknesses and what impact you personally are having on your employees and ultimately on your team's productivity. Twelve O'clock High will show you how to stop putting out fires and start preventing them.
You will review the various management traits and styles that are played out by the actors, establish what problems management is facing, and examine methodologies that work to build morale, and develop teamwork and leadership skills.
This film will make you aware of the management styles your people are using and what impact they are having on your employees and, ultimately, on your productivity.

As part of the program, there is a 27 page Managing For Success - (DISC) individual behavioral profile as a great way to personalize the exercise and allow everyone to realize their own styles and characteristics. The analysis will provide a robust self-realization and discussion throughout the team. Using this input, each participant will create a personalized action plan to produce positive change in their leadership effectiveness. Comparative analysis of a Leadership Appraisal can be gathered from teammates anonymously before hand to add accurate insight for strengths and opportunities for improvement. Core competencies can be used to customize the whole process.
